تم بحمد الله عز وجل, وبرعاية من معالي الشيخ عبد الله بن ناصر بن خليفة آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية, افتتاح مجمع الخدمات الحكومية بمسيمير. وقد ساهمت شركة فلورا للتكنولوجيا في تطبيق نظام خدمة الجمهور وتنظيم المراجعين (Qmatic) المركزي والذي يربط كافة مراكز الخدمات, والذي كان له دور كبير و ملحوظ في تقليل أوقات إنتظار المراجعين للحصول على الخدمة المرجوة, كما ساهم بتزويد الإدارة بمعلومات مهمة عن جودة الأداء و سرعة إنجاز العمل, كما قامت شركة فلورا بتقديم حلول بنية الشبكات الخاصة بالمجمع بالإضافة لأجهزة تنظيم حركة الدخول و الخروج.
Alhamdullah!! with the supervision of H.E Sheikh Abdulla Bin Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of interior, today was the opening of the government service complex in Messamir. our customer Experience management solution (Qmatic) was implemented in this complex and was connected to the central system connecting all government complexes in Qatar, the solution efficiency has been proven with decreasing the waiting times as well as providing the management with the helpful reports and information in regards to the quality of service and perceived waiting and serving times
